Where I’m from that means you’re getting killed if you go near where this is supposed to be or at least kidnapped.
Over here they do it with BMWs and Audis, though, to attract a more -affluent- clientele.

It really doesn’t take a lot for an individual to apply for a dealer plate in many states. Many people circumvent inspections by doing this.....

A friend has a house in Pennsylvania, lives in NY, and has a PA dealer plate. I think he might have sold 2 or 3 cars in PA.....
